What is a chef coach?
Chef coaching is like physical therapy for nutrition and food. Joshua will provide culinary education to help improve your nutrition through home cooking. Your kitchen is the gym. Achieve health by increasing your culinary prowess.
Why do you need one?
The root cause for most unhealth is a decrease in home cooking. In large, most experiences of feeling unhealthy can be attributed to a decrease in home cooking. When not eating at home we eat out more thus increasing consumption of processed foods and calories. The more you cook at home the less calories you consume, regardless of diet. Also, when home cooking, your fruit and veggie intake naturally increases. An additional benefit is healthful dietary patterns like family meals. Thru behavioral change you can cook at home more and in return improve your health.
